Goliah Rounds 1854 - 1931

Goliah Rounds was the middle child of Charles and Charity Rounds. He married Dinah Brown in October 1877. He took over the stewardship of the Rounds Plantation where he and Dinah raised their ten children. Sinai Baptist Church in Sibley, Mississippi.  Saint Arby was the second child born to Will and Alice (Rounds) Washington. St. Arby was raised on Ben's Corner with her nine brothers and sisters. She married James Thompson (Calvin and Sarah) in 1939. She passed away from complications of a stroke on May 13, 1980.
